TMRC Launches Augmented Reality Portal

TMRC has launched a new Augmented Reality (AR) portal for several of its clients. (www.nowareality.com) AR allows users to interact in 3D with marketing vehicles by way of web cameras, mobile devices and specially designed head mounted displays. AR will forever change the way marketers interact with the public breathing new life into a dying print industry and supplying a direct, traceable and quantifiable link between the print medium and interactive applications.

TMRC first project is part of a direct mail campaign for Snowmass Tourism. 35,000 pieces were mailed to targeted households advertising a "Kids Ski Free" campaign. Included in the print piece is a custom designed AR Marker that when tracked by the users web camera instantly make the card come alive in the users hand showing an animated 3D model with sound of a family favorite ski location in Snowmass called the "Skittles".

So far the response to this new technology had been overwhelming. TMRC is currently in the process of developing and exploring exciting new applications. For more information about AR, please call toll free at 855-GET-TMRC or click here to email us.

TMRC Design Inspires Guitar Created for CMA "Song of the Year" Performer

As part of the annual “Live on the Farm” concert series to benefit Maryland Therapeutic Riding, two exclusive guitars were created for Lee Greenwood based off of the event marketing materials created by the Myers Roberts Collective. One guitar was auctioned off, the other became part of Lee’s private collection.

Few artists have ever written a song that has become more a part of America’s cultural landscape than Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the USA.” If he’d never written or recorded another hit, Greenwood would have secured his place in music history with that powerful inspiring ballad. “God Bless the USA” has been voted the most recognizable patriotic song in America, taking the top honor over “God Bless America” and the “National Anthem,” but it is only one of the many hits that have propelled Greenwood’s successful career. With his distinctive voice, insightful song writing and unparalleled showmanship, Greenwood has been captivating audiences for decades. Along the way, he has won numerous accolades including two Male Vocalist of the Year awards from the Country Music Association and the CMA Song of the Year honor in 1985 for “God Bless the USA.” He has won the Top Male Vocal Performance in 1983 for “I.O.U.” His lengthy string of hits includes such classics as “Ring on Her Finger, Time on Her Hands,” “It Turns Me Inside Out,” “Somebody’s Gonna Love You,” “I Don’t Mind the Thorns (If You’re the Rose)” and “Dixie Road..” For more information, go to www.LeeGreenwood.com.
